Definition: CAC is the cost incurred to acquire a new customer. CLTV is the total revenue expected from a customer over their lifetime.

Definition: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) which gives a runrate of annual Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)


7. Churn rate

Definition: The percentage of customers who discontinue the service over a given period.

 

8. Pipeline Coverage

Definition: The ratio of pipeline value to sales target to ensure sufficient opportunities are available to meet revenue goals.
